However, if rubber rollers are needed, this might be necessary if you are cutting fragile material. In particular, Magnet wire, bare wire, and medical tubing are good candidates for rubber feed rollers or any other material that might mark from the knurling of the standard steel rollers.
The AC-500 Cutting machine is an Automatic Wire Cutter, Flexible Tubing Cutter, or Multi-Conductor Cable Cutting Machine.
In the first place, the Automatic Cutter-500 is a powerful cutting machine perfect for cutting coax cables and power cords. This “cut-to-length” machine will quickly pull your material from the spool and accurately measure, counting the quantity in each batch. The intuitive menu-driven system makes it easy to operate and, as a result, gives you free time to do essential tasks.
Equally important, unlike other cutting machines, the self-adjusting feed system does not require any tools or die changes. For this reason, changing over from one material size or type is never an ordeal. So, changing from cutting the wire to the tubing is always quick and straightforward. Cut flexible tubing up to 1/2″ OD, including PVC, plastic, vinyl, medical, poly, and many other material types.
