Shipment is processed when the transaction is complete and one week after the company check is received.

WARRANTIES

Auto Cutter USA, LLC strives to deliver the highest quality product. We offer a One Year Warranty in the confidence of our new automatic cutting machines lasting many long years. If they need service, you can rest assured we will go above and beyond the necessary repair. We use quality control standard operating procedures to evaluate your machine for any apparent issues. As well as any pending matters, so you do not have downtime in your production processes. A service warranty is 30 days and covers parts replaced and service charges. Warranties do not include shipping costs of any kind or any loss, misuse, or abuse of any kind. Auto Cutter USA, LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect, punitive, or any damages including without limitation, any loss of profit, loss, damage, theft, any failure of performance whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications, failures, destruction or any other situation listed or otherwise not listed.

CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY

Our goal at Auto Cutter USA, LLC is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We review your application with our engineers to approve a “good fit” of your application and cutting needs. Auto Cutter USA, LLC is not responsible for any misinformation, lack of communication, or any misunderstanding of the part of “Us” or “You,” the purchaser of our products. We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee allows you to test the automatic cutting machine in your facility, in your environment.

We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date (stated on your invoice) as the “Due Back” date. Auto Cutter USA, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns and cancellations if the product is not received by the “Due Back” date or is not in the original condition, or packaging, as shipped to you, the customer. If the product is damaged, we reserve the right to accept or refuse returns forwarding the cost to you, the customer. If damages due to shipping, misuse, neglect, unknown alterations, or any other condition or event that accrues a cost to repair, will be charged back to you, the customer.

30 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Customers may return the purchased Unit within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund (Unit purchase price-excludes any Shipping, Taxes, and Fees that were applied) unless otherwise approved in writing. Refund excludes any damages or loss caused by shipping, accident, misuse, neglect, or abuse. The Unit must be received back to our facility by the “Due Back” date on the invoice sent with the Unit and emailed. The Unit must be in the original packaging with the RMA# on the outside of the box. Please include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for all return freight costs (includes damage, loss & insurance).

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless, including all of our respective officers, agents, partners, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from and against any liability, claim, demand, loss, or damage, including all reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or rising our of: (1) Your use of the Site (2)breach of these Terms of Use and Conditions (3) any breach of your representation and warranties outlined in these Terms of Use and Conditions (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Site with whom you connected via the Site.
