RETURN POLICY
Customers may return the purchased unit within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund (unless otherwise approved in writing), excludes any damages or loss caused by shipping, accident, misuse, neglect, or abuse. The 30-day period includes shipping time both ways when returned for a refund—Call 417-285-3684 or email; sales@autocutterusa.com for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
The unit must be received back to our facility by the “Due Back” date on the invoice and with the RMA# on the outside of the box. Please include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for all return freight costs (including damage, loss, insurance, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees).
