ONE-YEAR WARRANTY / LIFETIME SERVICE

1-YEAR WARRANTY: This warranty is for the original purchaser and is Non-Transferable. Auto Cutter USA, LLC warrants model Automatic Cutter-250 and model Automatic Cutter-500 will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. Keep the original receipt for proof of purchase to attain warranty provisions.

Within one full year period from the date of purchase, Auto Cutter USA, LLC will repair or replace on its own accord any product or parts found to be defective. If the Automatic Cutter-250 or Automatic Cutter-500 is found to be faulty within the period of this warranty, please contact Auto Cutter USA, LLC (417-285-3684 or info@autocutterusa.com) for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

This warranty does not cover any shipping and handling charges which may occur. Nor does it cover damages or losses caused by shipping. It also excludes damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, personal injury, or environmental exposure. Our warranty does not cover repairs by anyone other than Auto Cutter USA, LLC. Our warranty does not include using voltage other than marked on the product or used for anything Auto Cutter USA was not aware of. This one-year warranty excludes consumable parts; knife blade, rubber feed rollers, and overlay.

Cost is a Service Charge of $200 + parts. For Owners repairing their units, please call or email info@autocutterusa.com for standard replacement parts. Owners are responsible for all freight costs (including damage, loss & insurance).

RETURNING A MACHINE

Call or email for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and write the number on the outside of the box. Include an explanation of the problem, along with the proof of purchase if under warranty. Return in the original packaging. If no proof of purchase can be verified, the machine is repaired as a service, and the customer is liable for all costs.
